We bieden een uitgebreide one-stop-shop service in payroll oplossingen op het gebied van immigratie, salarisadministratie, sociale zekerheid, belastingzaken, verhuizing en aanvragen voor de 30% -regeling. Bovendien zijn we transparant over onze tarieven, zodat u altijd weet waar u aan toe bent.
HumanR is erkend referent bij de Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst (IND). Alleen IND-referenten mogen (juridisch) werkgever zijn van kennismigranten. Veel werkgevers die geen erkend referent zijn, maar wel kennismigranten inzetten, doen dit via een samenwerking met ons. Deze werkgevers hebben hierdoor geen omkijken naar alle administratieve verplichtingen en procedures. Zij kunnen zich volledig richten op de samenwerking met de kennismigrant.
HumanR staat voor goed werkgeverschap. Onze medewerkers zijn verzekerd van een tijdige en juiste uitbetaling van hun salaris. Ook hebben zij bij indiensttreding het recht op reserveringen, zoals vakantiedagen en vakantiegeld. Daarnaast krijgen zij doorbetaald bij ziekte en zijn zij collectief verzekerd tegen ongevallen. Ook profiteren medewerkers van premiekortingen op bijvoorbeeld zorgverzekeringen.
Het inhuren van kennismigranten is een tijdrovende rompslomp die gepaard gaat met veel kosten. Het goede nieuws is dat je deze kunt vermijden door te werken met een payroll-bedrijf dat complete payroll-oplossingen biedt.
Sinds de oprichting is HumanR enkel actief geweest op de kennismigranten, waarbij het complete payroll-oplossingen heeft geleverd aan diverse bedrijven. We werken nauw samen met immigratie- en arbeidsrechtadvocaten en belastingadviseurs in Nederland die voortdurend advies geven en ingrijpen waar nodig. Daardoor kunnen we zorgen voor naleving, de rompslomp wegnemen en onze klanten helpen zich te focussen op hun kernactiviteiten. Bovendien zijn we transparant over onze tarieven, zodat je altijd weet waar je aan toe bent.
Wij helpen je met alle administratieve en juridische aspecten van het inhuren van een kennismigrant. Bovendien handelen we snel: al binnen 2 weken komt je nieuwe werknemer in dienst van onze payroll-organisatie om te worden uitgeleend aan je bedrijf.
Het volgende overzicht geeft een duidelijk beeld van onze werkwijze, vanaf het moment dat we in contact komen met een klant tot het plaatsen van een kennismigrant op onze payroll.
1. Onderhandeling details
Gewenste startdatum, contractduur, salaris, vakantiedagen, overige voorwaarden.
2. Benodigde informatie & documenten voorzien
O.a. kopie paspoort van potentiële medewerker, CV, diploma’s, etc.
3. Ondertekening contracten
Inleenovereenkomst met klant & arbeidsovereenkomst met potentiële medewerker.
4. Indienen van aanvraag
De aanvraag voor een verblijfsvergunning doen we bij de IND via een van onze ervaren juridische partners. Zij begeleiden het proces en zorgen ervoor dat de uitkomst zo succesvol mogelijk wordt gerealiseerd.
5. Wachten op goedkeuring
Meestal heeft de IND ongeveer 2-4 weken nodig om de aanvraag te beoordelen, eventueel aanvullende informatie op te vragen en vervolgens een beslissing te nemen.
6. Aankomst in Nederland
Na het ophalen van het inreisvisum (MVV) bij de Nederlandse ambassade/consulaat, kan de kennismigrant naar Nederland vliegen.
7. Registratie
Kort na aankomst bezoekt de kennismigrant een Expat Center of IND-loket om zijn verblijfsvergunning op te halen en schrijft zich vervolgens in bij de gemeente (BSN-registratie).
8. Huisvesting en overige zaken
Huisvesting wordt meestal vooraf door de klant, HumanR of de kennismigrant zelf geregeld. Praktische zaken zoals het openen van een bankrekening en zorgverzekering kan in deze fase geregeld worden.
9. Beginnen met werken
De kennismigrant kan nu aan de slag bij de klant en ontvangt zijn salaris aan het einde van iedere maand van HumanR. Tegelijkertijd factureert HumanR zijn klant voor elke salarismaand.
10. Aanvraag 30% regeling
Na de aanvang van het dienstverband, kan de 30%-regeling officieel worden aangevraagd bij de belastingdienst.

As a startup we had no idea of the specific challenges we were going to face when we started working with developers from abroad. After starting with a developer from India we quickly ran into problems with the rules and regulations concerning expats, residency and immigration in general. A friend recommended HumanR and after that thinks looked up very quickly. HumanR provided us with advice even though we were no client with them at the time. They helped us by providing information on residency permits and pointed us to a lawyer that helped us correct the situation where we hired someone whom we weren’t allowed to hire according to immigration laws. Together with HumanR we came up with a satisfactory solution for all parties involved, including the expat and we were very happy with the flexibility HumanR showed in transferring the wrongly forged contract to their payroll. It helped a lot that HumanR has a lot of experience in these matters. It speaks for itself that from that point onward HumanR became our primary point of contact for advice and for payrolling of people from various countries (Bangladesh, India, Kosovo). HumanR helped us out when we were in a dire situation. We had found the perfect candidate from India but could not hire him directly because we found out at the same time we needed to be a recognized sponsor for the Dutch immigration office. We went ahead with applying to become a recognized sponsor immediately but this would take months to be approved. HumanR helped us estimate how long approximately it would take to be approved and offered us a really good deal to bridge the gap by hiring our candidate through them temporarily. I did my schooling from DeNobili School and went on to do my Engineering from the University of Delhi. Once done with my studies, I started working with a telecommunications company before joining one of India’s leading IT-services giants. After working for four years, I was all set to move to the US, when I got in touch with HumanR. The first thing that striked me about HumanR, was their straight forward communication, leaving nothing ambiguous. I was so impressed that I dropped my US plans and decided to join HumanR in Netherlands. Off course I had to go through quite a few rounds of interviews not only with HumanR, but also with their ICT customer.Then came the real problem of moving to a different country and more importantly a culture that I was completely unfamiliar with. I had no friends, no place to stay and a lot of paper work that was in a language unknown to me. Holland! A dream comes true to visit a foreign country. I had little idea of The Netherlands and its official language Dutch. Going abroad, made me anxious but at the same time I was keen to meet new people, a different culture and lifestyle. This is my first travel outside India and working in a new country made me more nervous.
Our journey from Mumbai to Amsterdam was tiring but the excitement to witness new soil, kept us upbeat. We were taken to our house where we unpacked our luggage and relaxed for the rest of the day.The second day, we had an orientation section and we were introduced with our Dutch colleagues in the AMC. In the evening, we were provided with new mobile phones. We were very happy. The third day, we went to the Amsterdam Expat Center where we completed our registration formalities and received our work permits. It was one of the happiest moments of my life. Later, HumanR made us familiar with local markets and fixed an appointment with the house doctor and dentist.
During our training and cross culture, we visited several places like Madurodam, Scheveningen beach, Dam square, etc. We enjoyed a canal tour in Amsterdam too. We also ate Dutch pancakes at the seaside, and went bowling. What fun it was to! It is still fresh in my memory.
