The Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment has announced the new salary requirements for highly skilled migrants as per January 1st, 2022: 

• Highly skilled migrants younger than 30 years: € 3,549.00 gross per month excluding holiday allowance; 
• Highly skilled migrants 30 years or older: € 4,840.00 gross per month excluding holiday allowance; 
• Highly skilled migrants following an orientation year or within 3 years after graduating or work as a scientific researcher: € 2,543.00 gross per month excluding holiday allowance; 
• European Blue Card: € 5,670.00 gross per month excluding holiday allowance. 
   

The IND fees for 2022 have also been announced. The IND fee for the application for a highly skilled migrant permit, intra corporate transfer (ICT) and the European Blue Card are € 345. The IND fee for an application for an extension of these permits is also € 345.
