HumanR is a dynamic Dutch company with strong ties, and long experience in dealing with India. The company was founded by two energetic professionals, each coming from diverse, but complementary academic backgrounds. Both partners recognized a serious demand for educated professionals in The Netherlands, whilst knowing that India could play a major role in supplying skilled manpower.
The gradual greying of the Dutch population as well as the large increase in business process automation has led to a serious shortage of skilled ICT professionals in the Netherlands. This has been recognized for some time now, and in recent years a lot of large Dutch companies have recruited skilled professionals from India and several other countries. People are the essence of every organization, and getting the right person at the right time is essential.
HumanR specialises in the recruitment, placement and contracting of highly educated Indian ICT professionals for companies requiring talented staff at competitive prices. It works persistently to build relationships, not simply to fill positions, and thus ensuring more satisfied employees, and therefore greater value to its customers.
It is HumanR's mission to become the market leader in the recruitment and placement of Indian ICT professionals here in the Netherlands. While achieving this landmark, it strives to become a leading contributor in solving the shortage problem of skilled ICT professionals.
Simultaneously it aspires to challenge the exceptionally high employment fees currently being charged by the ICT labour sector, by lowering them to a more reasonable level.
Lavesh Lakhina is a young entrepreneur and the Managing Director of HumanR. He holds degrees in Economics and Management, as well as International Marketing from universities in the Netherlands and the US. He comes from a successful business family that has been dealing in international trade between India and the Netherlands for over 35 years.
Lavesh was born in Holland, though his roots lie in India, a country with which he maintains strong ties. This bicultural background has prompted him to create the Indian Expat Society, a non-profit platform founded in 2009, which represents the interests and addresses the concerns of the Indian expatriate community in the Netherlands; he is the Executive President of this organization.
Early on in his career Lavesh became aware of the growing problem of scarcity of highly-skilled manpower in Europe, while simultaniously seeing that India was becoming an economic power which has highly-skilled professionals in abundance. He recognized this issue and, utilizing his business instincts, successfully set out to bridge the gap between both nations by creating HumanR, which specializes in placing top talent from India at companies in The Netherlands.
HumanR’s head office is in Amsterdam and is home to its team of account managers, its legal department and its accounting department. HumanR also has offices in New Dehli, India, where an experienced team of recruiters is based.
The primary focus of the company is to serve the Dutch market, and so far it has successfully played a role in bringing a considerable number of Indian professionals to the Netherlands.
